One trustee position (Colin Peacock) falls vacant this year under the three year term rule; Colin remains eligible for re-election and has indicated a willingness to stand again. In addition, Peter Stevens wishes to stand down at the AGM, creating an additional vacancy.
The Honorary Solicitor position remains vacant. - Reappointment of Independent Examiner
