With our main events all suspended until after the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, we are replacing our normal programme with a daily Virtual Event running on our Facebook social media channels.
Peter Moreton of Swifts in the Community will lead a walk around Arnside showing participants where swifts can seen to best advantage in Arnside, and explain what we might do to try to reverse the current decline in their populations.
Celebrate National Meadow Day with Bob Pickup in our recovering wild-flower meadows, which also have limestone features and some fine trees.
Tim Tranter will lead an observational ramble along the shore at Far Arnside looking at the limestone formations and fossils of the area, some of which have only recently been exposed by the retreating of the salt-marsh.

Your request will be dealt with as quickly as possible but please be aware that orders entered via the online system (where available) may be processed ahead of your request. In cases when there are only two or three places left you will always stand the best chance of securing the places you want by using the online booking option, if this is offered.
